A word from the chairperson
Dear biathlon friends,
As Chair of the Organizing Committee for the 2023 Canadian and North American Biathlon Championships, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to this event.After difficult times caused by the pandemic and its consequences, we are very happy to return to this continental event. The members of the Organizing Committee have been working for several months to prepare for your visit to Quebec and to the Valcartier Biathlon Centre. We are convinced that we have done what it takes to welcome you as it should be.Coaches, team support staff, thank you for coming to these championships. To the athletes, we all hope that you will perform well and that you will be more than satisfied with our facilities. I wish you much success in each of the competitions in which you will participate.I take this opportunity to thank the members of the Organizing Committee and all the volunteer officials. Your dedication and constant support will make this event a great success.
